I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
This very cute and sweet boy is Jimbo. He was found as a stray by a nice lady and no one ever claimed him. He looks to be a basset/beagle mix. He definitley has the sweet personality of both breeds. He seems to like everybody and everything. Jimbo has now been completely vetted and ready for his forever home. Unfortunately he did test positive for heartworms but we had the fastkill treatment administered to him last week and he is doin great so he is ready for him forever home the weekend of May 24th/25th. Jimbo just turned 2 years old. He is currently located in Arkansas but will be transported to the Northeast once he is adopted. Adopt-A-Stray was founded in Jan. 2010, by Kelley Prichard. Since then, it has grown to include a few wonderful volunteers who work very hard to help ensure that our pets are place in loving, forever homes. We are based in Alexander, AR, but we list all of our available pets in the northeast. We work with several different transporters to get our babies to their new homes in the northeast once they are adopted. The transporters we use most often are Got Orphans Transport (www.gotransporters.com) and Alpha Dog (www.alphadogtransport.com).All pets are given age appropriate vaccinations before they leave. Every pet is seen by our vet prior to transport. If you see a pet listed that interests you, please be sure to read the description thoroughly and inquire to the email address listed.
