Bolt's Info...

Size: Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg) Sex: Male
Bolt's Story...
Bolt was purchased out of a Wal-Mart parking lot for $15. Within the week of the person having him, they accidently ran over him with their car. They did not have the money to fix his broken leg and were trying to have him put to sleep. Fortunately, this person had taken Bolt to the clinic where OpEd's director works and she had Bolt surrendered to the rescue. Our vets tried very hard to fix Bolt's leg but we ended up having to amputate it.

He is right at 4 months old and does not let being short a leg affect him in the slightiest. He is all personality and loves to run and play, just like any puppy. He's exceptionally sweet and loves all dogs and people. His foster family is working on house-training with him and he is already almost completely crate-trained. Bolt is up-to-date on all vaccines, neutered, and microchipped and is ready for a family who is looking for a very special pup!

**OpEd does not adopt out outdoor pets**
