My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ask about Archie. He's a silly 9 month old Shepherd mix that was recently adopted and returned because he was too much for the family. Because of his youth it was thought that Archie would be a good candidate for the prison program. He will spend the next 8-12 weeks being trained at the Grafton Correctional Institute in obedience and manners. Archie started his training in early January 2013. He will return a trained and very desirable dog. Archie has an endearing personality and will be a great family pet once he's back. Adoption applications are now being accepted for Archie. They can be downloaded at www.friendshipapl.org. Apps must be hand delivered to the shelter.

If you have kids over 7 years of age and/or and/or aother dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
