Stubbs's Story...
Stubbs is a one of a kind boy! Just look at those cute short legs! Not only is he crate and house trained, he is so lovable. Stubbs would do best in a home without children as he tends to get nervous around them. He is the perfect mix of calm and playful with a laid back temperament. Stubbs' $85 adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, rabies tag, heartworm test, and 1st month's flea/tick & heartworm preventative. Please complete an adoption application at, or email if you would like to make this dog part of your family!

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
