Randy-handsome & social's Story...
Randy was abandoned in a condominium complex in north Phoenix. He is a terrific, personable kitten just losing the last of his baby teeth (ten months old early May). Children carried him around the condominium complex looking for a home before he was abandoned, so we assume children are no problem for him. He immediately joined our rescued cats with no issues, so we know he is good with other cats. He is calm, alert and very active!
He was briefly adopted to a couple with a terrier that didn't appreciate Randy pestering to play with him, so he is back looking for his perfect furrever home! We know wants a dog to play with him.
Randy has lots of narrow, bright orange stripes and tuxedo white markings. He's quite striking and handsome!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Randy-handsome & social, a Scottsdale Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
