Oggi's Info...

| Size: | Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg) | Sex: | Male | ID#: | #810 |
Oggi is a gentle giant with a heart of pure gold. This sweet-natured cutie was found when he was a scrappy, four-month-old pup, then grew into a stately, beautiful adult dog who receives compliments wherever he goes. Oggi loves nothing more than brisk walks (he’s sure to keep you in shape!) and a game of fetch (give him a ball and he’s yours forever). At home, Oggi is protective when strangers knock on the door but otherwise extremely calm and easygoing, sleeping for hours until you’re ready to play or eat (did someone say food? Put away your broom - Oggi has a sixth sense for scraps). He’s magnificent with people, eager to curl up beside you, especially if there are belly rubs to be had. Oggi has benefited from top-notch training and phenomenal medical care (he used to have hip dysplasia but now has two bionic hips that are bulletproof for life). Because of all the time spent at the vet, he prefers people to dogs; Oggi will do best if you steer clear of other big dogs. If you’re looking for a loyal and handsome companion who’s docile in the house and full of fun-loving energy outside, Oggi is the dog for you.
If you are interested in meeting Oggi, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321. You can also meet this and/or other available dogs at our Saturday Adoptions at Centinela Feed.
[Oggi is 2 years old and about 85 lbs.]

All potential adopters are carefully screened through our adoption process:
- If you're interested in an animal, we'll ask that you fill out a questionnaire, which we will review to ensure you and the dog you are interested in adopting are a good match.
- You will be asked to submit to a "house-check" to determine the level of safety and adequacy of the area for the dog.
- An adoption fee is required and you must sign the adoption contract agreement, which ensures that if, for any reason, you are unable to keep the dog, he/she to be returned to Forte Animal Rescue only.
- Finally, we personally deliver your new family member to your home.
- Any additional donation would be greatly appreciated, and this portion will be tax-deductible. The donation goes to pay for all of the other animals in our care, many of which come to us with injuries or medical conditions that require treatment. Forte Animal Rescue survives solely on donations and it is for this reason that the adoption fee is nonnegotiable.
- Forte Animal Rescue reserves the right to cancel the adoption process at any time if the home situation or adoptive family has been misrepresented, if certain information was withheld, or if the dog is determined to be a better match with another family.
