Newman - no risk - tiny's Story...
Newman has large, beautiful eyes. She has wonderful teeth (better than much younger cats) and seems in good health. Her "kittens" passed away a couple of years ago. She is 5-6 pounds and has a fresh lion cut because she came to us matted. She is very sweet and loving with a bit of attitude when she first meets you (hisses). She has lots of white with black, chocolate, grey, orange and peach spots. She's pretty!
Newman spent the first half of her life with a family, the second half (to now) with the father of one of the couple after their divorce... along with her "kittens." healthy, but the older man has had to move away to care for his parents ... and their cat-hating dog.
Because Newman is elderly, we will continue to be responsible for her health, but she deserves someone to love and love her back. Maybe you aren't a spring chicken, either, and would be willing to share your home with this tiny delight!
We believe she would do fine with a few other animals that aren't aggressive or with any loving person. She doesn't need much space, but it would be nice to have a view of some kind.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Newman - no risk - tiny, a Scottsdale Calico cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Calico for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Calico cat from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Calico breeders who help with Calico rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
