Jonas's Story...
Jonas is a young mix, less than a year, who is a very sweet boy. He is MId sized,not too big and not too small. Jonas was very sweet to anohter dog when he was walked outside of his cage at animal control.. the dog jumped on him and wanted to play and he wanted to also, he was just on a leash and couldn't. He is Just perfect for a trip to the grocery store and for taking with you on trips. happy and easy to train.. What a find for not only what you get in services, but the ease of adoption. there is a great adoption friendly interaction room you can take your other pet or your family to visit with them. The shelter is at 650 John Howell DRive in Lincolnton, NC. Phone 704 736 4125. If you call you need to give them his shelter ID number. ,It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30, Mon-sat. you can adopt the same day, but the shelter does not accept credit cards. For only 85.00 you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccines, other vaccinations a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free insurance. , these dogs don't have forever in this shelter which is forced to euthanize due to pet over population.
