MONKEY's Story...
MONKEY…is a cute BLUE LYNXPOINT SIAMESE MIX. She is around 5 years old, spayed and has her claws. She weighs around 10 pounds and has an easy, short coat in white and gray markings and bright blue eyes. Monkey was adopted from us as a kitten and was well cared for. But problems in her family made them unable to care for a pet and she came back to us. Monkey is currently in a multi-cat fostering situation where she is doing just fine. She’s working on her exercises and going to her Kitty Weight Watchers meetings to reduce her “love handles” and is doing very well with that. She is playful, friendly and would be a good family cat for folks just looking for a nice kitty to have around. She can be a bit dominant with other cats, so another non-dominant cat would be best. Dogs and respectful kids would be no problem. Mixed breed adoption fee $100. FOSTERED IN RACINE, WI.

Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue is the largest rescue of its kind in the midwest. We foster and rehome all breeds of purebred cats and placed nearly 500 cats in 2005. We are a foster-based organization and cats are cared for in our homes and seen on an appointment basis. An adoption application (found on our website) must be filled out and submitted online before viewing any cats available. Our foster homes range from northern Illinois to Kenosha, Wis. to Milwaukee to Madison.
