Sunfire's Story...
Sunfire is a gentle girl who came to our shelter this summer with her kittens. She was a great mom and even though she was very scared at first she took great care of her babies. Sunfire and all her kittens are named after different kinds of cars and many of them have been adopted already. Now that Sunfire is done being a mom she is ready for someone to take care of her for a change! To meet Sunfire in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Tuesday or Saturday doesn't work for you? To meet the animals any day of the week please call for an appointment and the staff will be happy to set you up with a date and time to visit us!

The Chippewa County Humane Association is a non-profit animal welfare organization serving Chippewa and the surrounding counties in west-central Wisconsin. We are located on County Highway S just outside of Chippewa Falls.

The Chippewa Humane is open to the public on Tuesdays 12pm to 6pm and Saturdays 12pm to 4pm. We are also open by appointment other days of the week for meeting and potentially adopting!
