Chris is a most handsome, loving boy. He likes to chat a bit and is quite playful and curious. He was adopted as a baby and was just recently returned to rescue when his owners had to move and Chris could not adjust to his new smaller living space.
HIs ideal home would be one where there would be other cats that are playful for company and one in which he would be a 'shop cat' or be able to have an outdoor accessible enclosure. He needs a lot of activity and a job to do-- he is an active loving cat but becomes stressed when feeling confined.

13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose.
Because we are an all-volunteer organization, and many of us have full-time jobs outside of our volunteer activities, it may be a few days before someone can respond to your email. We always try to reply as soon as possible.

About Our Rescue Group...
13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.

Our Adoption Process...
Our application is available on our website or at our adoption fairs. We do deliiveries of our cats to their new homes to help ensure a successful transition.
