Hi, it's Rita here. I'm a sweet girl who is now happy go lucky in my new foster home here in PA. I live with a lot of other dogs and cats and don't mind the cats at all...but if I could get to them I would probably chase them so, I should be in a home without cats my Mom says. I absolutely LOVE running around the back yard with my roomies. I love to get my exercise and think it's fun to be outside with all the dogs here. I also love to chill out after a long day playing too and I sleep like a log in my crate all night.
If you are looking for a great dog who just wants her forever home with lots of love, kindness and attention, then I am the gal for you. If you have other dogs at home I would love to meet them before you take me home.

We are a non-profit rescue group that takes in stray, abandoned, and sick animals, giving them medical and foster care until available for adoption. We offer low cost spay/neuter clinics to the public and a special program called Operation CatNIP for pet cats of low income qualified individuals and feral cats, and assist in TNR for cats.
You may view our animals online, and see them in person at Petsmart, 5900 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 every Saturday from 11am until 3pm; at Petsmart 4200 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111 every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm; and PetSmart Lancaster from 10 to 2 on most Saturdays.
We offer an online adoption application at www.castwaycritters.org. We do check references, vet references, and housechecks. Once you are approved, you will be required to fill out an adoption agreement. Our animals have all been wormed, altered and vaccinated. Cats have been tested for FIV/FeLV.
