Ruff Ruff! My name is Astro the Golden

Crate trained, housebroken, , knows 'drop it, sit, stay, come, lay down, roll over, easy'. Loves being petted, likes to ride in the car, very friendly, well leash trained. A good description of our Astro. He will need to be in an only dog household, as he likes all the attention, and no young children, as he doesn't understand them.  Smart dog! If you should have horses, Astro loves horses.  A beautiful boy, His very own family is his true heart's desire.

Astro is a big boy waiting for a home he can call his own.  He loves to play ball and run, he has taken to jogging- he doesn’t pull or give out! He comes back from a long  jog without breathing  hard..unlike  his human counterpoint.  He is good with dogs once introduced to them and very good with horses. He would be a good family pet but not for young children because in his exuberance he could knock them down easily. He knows sit, stay, lay down and is completely housetrained and ok in crate and car. He also makes a great watchdog. He is ½ Golden Ret. And ½ Leonberger or Kuvasz (best guess) Note his beautiful plume of a tail that lays over his back
