Hi, my name is Chester! I am around 2 years old and weigh only 12 lbs. My foster mom says that the cutest thing about me are my smile! My teeth show alot and it is just the cutest thing ever, so she says. I enjoy my play time and I especially love my snuggle time! I am quite the little love bug. I love to play with my squeaky toys and I love to go for walks. I get along very well with other dogs and enjoy going to the dog park. I don't bark at new people and I have never met a stranger. About Our Rescue Group...
Friends of Rescue is a certified 501(c)(3) organization consisting of volunteers who are devoted to saving shelter dogs that are in danger of euthanasia. Rural Kentucky, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee shelters have a constant overflow of dogs, little funding, and limited space. Once the dogs arrive at the shelter, they have very little time. It is our goal to help save these adoptable dogs and adopt them out to loving families. Although our priorities are the retriever breeds, we are not limiting ourselves to retrievers because we know that there are many great dogs that need our help. We are NOT professional trainers or animal behaviorists; simply volunteers who are trying to save these dogs from euthanasia.
