SeaBass's Story...
Can you believe someone moved off and left this beautiful boy behind?! SeaBass, a Bassador (Bassett/Lab mix) is such an incredible dude! Weighing in at 65 pounds, he's just such a sweet guy! He'll follow you around all day long, and when you stop moving, he stops and rolls over for a good belly rub. SeaBass has never met a stranger - it doesn't matter if you're a person, a cat, a dog, a puppy, or even a horse, SeaBass is good with everyone and everything!

***All of our dogs are located in TN, unless otherwise stated in their bio above. We are a shelterless rescue, which means we do not have a physical location, so it is not possible to come to see multiple dogs at one time. We have a handful of foster homes up North, but the vast majority of dogs reside in TN. Our adoption fee is $450 and includes all their vetting, including their spay/neuter, and transport up to the Northeast.***

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SeaBass, a berwick Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever for sale in berwick, or seeking a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in berwick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in berwick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a berwick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in berwick paves the way for another one to be saved.
