My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I am a laid-back pure-bred 7 year old yellow lab. My family is heartbroken to give me up but my dad is having health problems and my mom really has to focus on helping him. I need more exercise and lovin' time than what they can give me now. Do you think you might have a warm couch and some time to spend with me? I am a beautiful medium size girl who loves to walk and run on the beach and go for car rides. I can sometimes be a little nervous when meeting new dogs on leash, I'm just not used to it. My favorite thing is to run and play with my lab buddies off leash in a safe area.

I would be a great companion for you - I am already housetrained, know all my manners and will be loving and loyal to you.

When testing her with cats, Lu'sea did just fine. These cats are very used to dogs and Lu'sea just avoided them all together. She just loves attention from people and immediately drops down for you to rub her belly, or will lean up against you for some lovin'.
