Peanut's Story...
Hi, my name is Peanut. I have true Tortitude! I love attention on my terms. I will purr and snuggle when I want to. I don't like to share with other cats, so I would be most happy in a home where I can be queen!

You can see Peanut and all of her friends on our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CatNapLodge.

Please call 269-567-0328 to make an appointment to visit Peanut.

Thank you for your interest in one of our Cat Nap Lodge cats!

We will be at the following adoption events:
1st Saturday of the month @ MV Pets on Westnedge in Portage
2nd Saturday of the month @ Tractor Supply Co. in Plainwell
3rd Saturday of the month @ Pet Supplies Plus on Gull Road, Kalamazoo
4th Saturday of the month @ Pet Supplies Plus on Columbia in Battle Creek

Hope to see you there!

About Cat Nap Lodge

About Our Rescue Group...

Welcome to the Lodge:
Cat Nap Lodge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue located in Richland, MI.

We are not a shelter, we are a home. The cats and kittens in our care are treated and cared for as members of our family, until they have a family of their own.

Our goal is not “How many can we care for”, but “How well can we care for them”

Our number one priority is to provide our cats and kittens with quality and consistent medical care, nutrition and social enrichment within a loving home.

Because we focus on the quality of our care, we limit the number of cats and kittens that we take in to those who need us the most. These include the dumpster babies, the found in a cardboard box babies, the orphaned and alone babies, and many other sad stories too numerous to count.

We surround all of our cats and kittens with love, just as we would our own children. And then, when the right family comes along who will care for them and love them just as we have, we tearfully say goodbye. Our one consolation is that every time we adopt out a baby, we are able to take in another one who needs us.

When you adopt a cat from Cat Nap Lodge you are saving two lives. The cat you are taking home and the one we take in after.

We cordially invite you into our home to visit and play with our many feline family members. However, remember this is our home. So please call ahead to make an appointment.
