I am already neutered and purebred.
We named this big handsome boy Tex. He tips the scales at 60 lbs, and is still a youngster at only 18 months old. Tex is a very sweet guy that already knows ‘sit’ and caught on to the ‘sit/catch a treat’ game immediately. Since he is food motivated and seems to focus well, he should be easy to train. He walked well on the leash but could use some additional training in the basics. Our volunteers report he is learning to 'come to you' and how to play 'fetch'. Tex responds to correction and is progressing nicely in learning polite leash walking (he's a big strong boy). This youngster is sweet and friendly & just needs someone to continue working with him and giving him lots of exercise and fun games. Tex has loads of potential and seems like he really wants to please. This is quite a nice young staffie that deserves a new start, so saddle up and ride on over to meet Tex! Tex is a member of our Pooch With Perks Program! When you adopt, you will receive a Doggie Goodie Bag donated by the Friends of Burlington County Animal Shelter!
