Napolean's Story...
Ladies and gentlemen, meet Napoleon! This little guy is a mixed breed for sure, but I would say that he is predominantly beagle/pug even though he was listed as a chihuahua mix. Weighing in at only about 15-20lbs, this 4 year old neutered male LOVES to play and have fun, but also likes to lounge around and be in your lap- he is quite the little lover! He does well around other dogs, is very interested in cats, and absolutely adores people of all ages! Napoleon walks well on a leash, and loves to be outside. He is crate trained and house broken. If you are in the market for a sweet little lap dog like this guy, please fill out an application to meet him in person so he can steal your heart! He is being fostered in Hanover, PA.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Napolean, a Hanover Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Hanover, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Hanover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hanover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hanover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hanover paves the way for another one to be saved.
