Important Note

Oskar is best friends with Axel. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!

Oskar's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Oskar's Story...
Words just won't do Oskar justice. Not knowing whether or not he was friendly, Oskar was relocated from property under the BQE to a private backyard. Within 24 hours of being released, he returned to the yard with Axel, who would become his best friend, and within a week, Oskar was offering head butts to his caretaker.

Oskar loves being petted and allows himself to be picked up. He might put up a clawless struggle, but once he's reminded that he loves belly rubs, Oskar is putty in your hands. He turns on a good purr, too. Oskar and Axel dine together twice a day and take siestas as closely together as they can get. The bromance that they share is heartwarming. If he's not found with Axel, Oskar is most likely laying atop his cardboard scratching pad, wishing for more catnip to lick off it.

Since being pulled into foster with Axel, Oskar received vaccine updates and was tested for FeLV/FIV (neg/neg). Both boys are eartipped, the sign of an outdoor cat being neutered.

Please give this beautiful panther and his soul mate a home together. They have a lot of love and appreciation to give.

About The American Street Cat, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

The American Street Cat, Inc's primary focus is on TNR (trap-neuter-return), but the kittens and friendlies found during the rescue effort cannot be ignored. They are brought indoors, well-cared for in a non-shelter environment, and promoted for adoption upon a clean bill of health.

We are a small, new (2011), volunteer-based, non-profit organization, with no paid officers or staff. Any donations (of time and/or money) will be greatly appreciated.

We are committed to minimizing the pet overpopulation problem, thereby minimizing the homelessness of beautiful adoptables such as ours.
