Important Note

Axel is best friends with Oskar. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!

Axel's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Axel's Story...
Axel, approximately 5 years old, appeared in a private backyard after Oskar was TNR'd and recolonized. Oskar went off for 24 hours to spread the word about the benefits of neutering, and he brought Axel home for dinner. The two have been inseparable since.

Axel loves being petted and allows himself to be picked up, but not for long. He and Oskar dine together twice a day and take siestas as closely together as they can get. The bromance that they share is heartwarming. Axel is seemingly the quieter introvert, but he's the one most enthused by a Kong Kickeroo toy that he keeps stashed under the bed.

Since being pulled into foster with Oskar, Axel received vaccine updates and was tested for FeLV/FIV (neg/neg). Both boys are eartipped, the sign of an outdoor cat being neutered.

Please give these boys a chance. They have a lot of love and appreciation to give.

About The American Street Cat, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

The American Street Cat, Inc's primary focus is on TNR (trap-neuter-return), but the kittens and friendlies found during the rescue effort cannot be ignored. They are brought indoors, well-cared for in a non-shelter environment, and promoted for adoption upon a clean bill of health.

We are a small, new (2011), volunteer-based, non-profit organization, with no paid officers or staff. Any donations (of time and/or money) will be greatly appreciated.

We are committed to minimizing the pet overpopulation problem, thereby minimizing the homelessness of beautiful adoptables such as ours.
