VALOR's Story...
My name is VALOR, and I’m a 6 year old, neutered male Jack Russell Terrier. I’m tri-colored with a smooth coat, and I’m outrageously beautiful! I am a show dog who is retiring from the show ring. All my shots are current and I have been microchipped. I have been heartworm tested and the results are negative. I am very athletic and I love the pool! I like to ride in the car and have spent a lot of time in airplanes on trips, so I’m very well-mannered. But I am very shy when you first meet me, so while I did well in the show ring because of my looks, I really hated showing. I like to play with stuffed toys and balls, and go on long walks. I get along well with female dogs, but no other male dogs in the household, please. I prefer being around older kids, so no kids under the age of 8 years, and only kids who are very respectful of animals. I don’t tolerate nasty kids well! I enjoy long walks and just hanging around the yard sniffing out everything. I am completely crate trained and ride well in the car or RV. I’m probably not going to be good with cats, since I have never been around one. I must have a house with a fenced yard, so no apartments, condos, or townhouses without yards. I like to play in the backyard with toys or balls and stuff like that. My adoption fee is $300. All dogs are neutered/spayed, all shots are current, heartworm testing has been done, and the dog has been microchipped. The adoption fee is $300.
