CHAZ's Story...

CHAZ is a 7 year old male Shepherd mix. He weighs 69.3 lbs and is HW NEGATIVE. He is fully vetted and neutered and is currently on HW prevention. He is house trained and crate trained. CHAZ is a great dog all-around, and a real pleasure to be around. He is great with all people, adults and children and he gets along great with other dogs. He thinks cats are toys so may not be the best companion for cats. He is good on a leash and has a moderate to low energy level. He is polite to people and takes food/treats gently. He is not a jumper. He enjoys the company of people in a very unassuming and friendly manner. He is the perfect gentleman and is low to moderate energy. CHAZ will be great in just about any type of home and will not have an overly high exercise need. He still has plenty of GREAT years ahead of him to enjoy with a forever family.

He will come with a new collar and leash, Rescue ID Tag, HW prevention and Complimentary 30-days of free Pet Insurance from PetFirst Insurance

CHAZ is already microchipped and is registered at Found Animals Microchip Registry.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CHAZ, a Dallas Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
