PIPPA's Story...
Meet PIPPA!! She is a 5 month old Mountain Cur/Plott Hound mix weighing 34 lbs. PIPPA is PURE PUPPY LOVE!! This little gal is ready to go exploring! She wants to take in all the world has to offer. She LOVES to get out in the exercise area and PLAY. She darted from one side to the other fetching the rope toy and, in between, went to the fencing to say "hello" to the neighboring dogs. She is a super sociable little gal. She is good with adults, children and other dogs and you just can't help but LOVE her.

She is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. She has a collar/leash, ID tag and toys. She walks well on a leash. PIPPA will make someone a very special friend.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

PIPPA, a Dallas Mountain Cur/Plott Hound puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Mountain Cur/Plott Hound for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Mountain Cur/Plott Hound puppy from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Mountain Cur/Plott Hound breeders who help with Mountain Cur/Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
