Hi People,
My name is Gatsby and I’m a dashing and adorable bichon boy of one (years, that is!) who is a very lucky boy. Let’s start with why I am so lucky.
Until the other day I was living on the street. Now I have a foster Mom who takes me on walks and rides, doggy foster brothers and sisters to play with (Mom says I REALLY like them!) and a foster Dad who gave me toys. I have lots of fun each and every day - and people I can cuddle with all the time! I’m no longer alone! (Didn’t I tell you I’m lucky!)
Mom says that it doesn’t take much to get me into a ‘play mode’ – whether it’s with other dogs or people - I’m ready! I like to playfetch a lot – and will even play it by myself. I throw my toys into the air, then chase them. I also like to engage my doggy foster brothers in any games I can. You see I’m trying to keep them young and fit! Mom and Dad agree that I’m smart, have already learned the ‘house rules’ - and that want to please. I was housebroken in no time – and actually paw at the door so that they will let me out. Oh, and I also use the doggy door, too! I’m an amazing little guy who is full of love and who likes every person and dog I meet, although I do bark at first
to let them knowI’m here! I am active and have lots of energy – and lots of love to give. Dad says I have big bright eyes that shineand smile because I’m such a happy little guy! There is one other thing that Mom and Dad agree is just about the cutest thing they have ever seen: It’s me when I watch TV. You see if there are dogs on TV I look very closely at them and talk to them. I’m trying to get them to come and play with me. Mom says I especially like the puppies. I guess that’s because I was a puppy myself only a few weeks ago!
I enjoy being with my doggy foster brothers and sisters and people. My Forever Home could have children to play with -- and at least one doggy brother or sister please!
