Bonnie & Elisha's Story...
BONNIE / ELISHA
Bonnie, female spayed orange tabby cat, approx. 12 yrs old, mellow, friendly, a sweetheart. Elisha, female spayed gray cat, friendly but shy also, mellow, will need time to adjust. She is approx. 4 years old.
They are well behaved, and quiet. All they want is each other. They are fine with other mellow cats and would be fine as the only cats in the home as well. Both are healthy, just need to live in a home.
They have been homeless way too long. They are somewhat sad. They do everything together, and must stay together. They are in EXTREME URGENT NEED for a reliable foster home, / permanent home. Everything provided for their foster home until placed. Please open up your heart and home to them, they so
deserve it. Please give them a chance.

About Our Rescue Group...
Pet Protectors Inc. is a non-profit, animal rescue organization dedicated to giving a second chance to homeless and abandoned animals. We provide our rescued dogs and cats with a high level of care including medical needs, affection, attention and so much more! When possible, we place animals in Foster Homes until the right matched home is found. Pet Protectors relies solely on generous donations from the public. Your tax-deductible donation will help in so many ways – to pay for the animals’ medical care, boarding, food, leashes, collars, beds and so much more.
We are passionate about providing a voice for these animals who cannot speak for themselves.
Come Meet Our Pets...
Our animals are advertised on a regular basis in many Connecticut newspapers We also have our own website -
www.petprotectorsrescue.org - and are listed on petfinder.com.
If you are interested in adopting, an application is required. Applications can be found on our website - check the links on the left side of the homepage.
Our Adoption Process...
An application is required and if approved, a home visit is done with the animal. If all works out in the home visit, we do a Trial Period (this is not a Foster situation) before any formal adoption is done. This is to make sure the animal is right for everyone in the home and the home is right for the animal. There is no specific time frame to the Trial Period. If all goes well, then we do the formal adoption. The donation for both dogs and cats is $150.00.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are a 501 c3 non profit tax deductible animal rescue organization. We rescue from all over CT and are always in urgent need of reliable foster homes for our many rescued dogs and cats. We provide most everything to our foster homes. We do not have a facility; our address is a mailing address only. Our animals are boarded until we can find reliable foster homes. We are always in need of donations to help with the boarding, medical care, food, litter and much more. Call us to learn more about our Foster Care Program.
