I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.
Cinna is a loyal, snuggly, cuddly boy who just needs someone to trust. He can be somewhat nervous in new situations and when he is left alone, and just needs someone patient to show him that everything in life is going to be alright. He suffered from a lack of food when he first came into foster care, and now continues to worry that the supply of food may run out. This causes him to be somewhat food possessive, and possibly means that he would do better away from other dogs when eating, and may be a better match for a home without young children. He also is a little too interested in cats for him to easily coexist with one, so a home without cats would also be best. Cinna loves to play with other dogs and is quite enjoying having a canine foster sister. While he is more than happy to romp around outside and play, Cinna also loves to snuggle up with you on the couch or on a comfy dog bed and snooze away inside. Cinna likes to pretend to be a shadow, quietly following his human around the house (and making sure the toilet doesn't swallow you whole when you're in the bathroom!). His coat is a gorgeous cinnamon color and just about the softest ever! He is very food motivated and loves to please and learn new things. He will do whatever he can to make you the happiest human alive, and what's not to love about that big block head and those little freckles on his nose!

Rescue Group Info...
Donations can be made to BDAR and mailed to our PO Bix address. Donations are much appreciated and needed.
Potentail adopters must fill out an adoption application (found at www.bdar.org) prior to being considered for adoption or meeting one of our pets. Please specify the name of the animal you wish to adopt on your application.
Approved applications will then be subject to a home visit by a qualified volunteer and any vet references provided will be followed up with. We do require that all dogs and cats already residing within the home be spayed/neutered.
The adoption fee for all our pets is $150 and that helps us to continue spaying, neutering, vaccinating, microchipping and otherwise caring for the animals in our custody.
Black Dog Animal Rescue helps shelter dogs from Wyoming shelters who would have otherwise been euthanized. We do not accept owner surrendered animals. BDAR is run entirely by volunteers and operates out of foster homes. We are constantly seeking new, volunteer foster homes to help us in our life-saving mission.
