Honey Boy (IN NEW ENGLAND)'s Story...
Hi I'm Honey Boy. I'm a 5+ month old hound-lab mix and I weigh about 30 lbs. I REALLY love other dogs and I especially like kids! I'm almost house trained and with a little more practice I'll be perfect. I love to cuddle and enjoy spending time with people but I can also entertain myself with toys and bones. I enjoy walks and car rides but my favorite thing is to do is to cuddle up with people /dogs and fall asleep. I love my foster family but I really want to find my forever home. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Honey Boy (IN NEW ENGLAND), a Windham Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Windham, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Windham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Windham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Windham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Windham paves the way for another one to be saved.
