Little One's Story...
Little One is a domestic short hair cat who loves to play! Her beautiful coat is mainly black, but she has white spot on her chest. Little One is an indoor cat who is house trained, but tends to be a bit anxious around young children. She has friends that are dogs, but her best friend is definitely her sister, Monkey, who is up for adoption with her. They have grown up together and are a bonded pair.

They are currently together in a short term foster home and they need to be adopted together as soon as possible.

If you are considering bringing home two cats, please ask us about our discounted adoption fee for adopting two rescued cats!

For more information on Monkey and Little One or to inquire about adopting them, please contact Heather at 905-924-2312 or by email at heather.ucrcats@live.ca.

The adopters are welcome to ask any questions. We can then arrange a meet & greet to make sure that everyone is happy! Our adoption fees do vary but always include 1st vaccinations, deworming and a vet check for our kittens and adult cats will always be either spayed or neutered, have up to date vaccines and will have been examined by a vet. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little One, a Toronto Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Toronto, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Toronto.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Toronto already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Toronto breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Toronto paves the way for another one to be saved.
