Butch's Story...
Butch is a beautiful boxer that hasn't had a very nice life until now. Butch is still very underweight, but has been gaining weight steadily ever since he was picked up by animal control, that should tell you alot about how skinny he was when we got him! Butch was kept on a chain, and has a little bit of scarring on his neck. He doesn't think about his past at all, he's just happy to hang out and play. Butch is doing great in his foster home, he plays very well with the two female boxers in the home, and has been doing awesome with his potty training. Butch does well in the car, and just loves to be with you as much as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful boxer with a very sweet but playful personality, you couldn't do much better than Butch.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Butch, a Roosevelt Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Roosevelt, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Roosevelt.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roosevelt already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roosevelt breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roosevelt paves the way for another one to be saved.
