Danny's Story...
This handsome little sweetie is Danny, a 7 year old male jack russell terrier mix that came up from down south in search of a wonderful home. Danny is such a fun-loving and happy-go-lucky little guy! He absolutely adores everyone he meets and we all love him too. When you see Danny going for a walk, you just can't help but go over and say hello and get one of his kisses! He is such a sweetheart....he loves attention and just loves being with people. Danny would prefer a home with no other dogs or cats, but would love a home where he would be loved and cared for the way he should be. Please consider opening your heart and home to our little Danny boy. 11/10/11 File#21032

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Danny, a Forked River Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Forked River, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Forked River.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forked River already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forked River breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forked River paves the way for another one to be saved.
