TANYA's Story...
Hi my name is Tanya! I am a 4 week old GSD/Lab mix. HNH rescued me and 7 of my siblings from a High Kill Shelter. I am very young but enjoy playing with my siblings, chew toys and sleeping on a warm lap. I won't be ready for adoption until Feb 15th, perfect time for me to be your Valentine. I would love to have an active family with a yard. Tanya will be spayed and micro-chipped prior to adoption. She is currently being fostered in Redondo Beach, CA. For an application contact Lorna@hopenheroes.com or visit our website: www.hopenheroes.com. Donation/Adoption fee and home inspection required. IF YOU RENT WE REQUIRE A WRITTEN LETTER FROM YOUR LANDLORD ALLOWING YOU TO HAVE A LARGE BREED DOG.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

TANYA, a Torrance German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Torrance, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Torrance.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Torrance already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Torrance breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Torrance paves the way for another one to be saved.
