Echo's Story...
If you're looking for a dog who would do great in a small home, Echo is your girl! Sweet Echo, who has one blue eye and one brown eye, was rescued from a Knoxville shelter and is currently in a foster home. Once HW+, Echo has been treated and is HW FREE! She's spayed and UTD on her shots and preventatives. When tested around cats, Echo did fine but she is still curious. Echo likes to play outside and occasionally has attempted to be an escape artist. Once given love, affection, and exercise, we think Echo will have no desire to leave her family.
Please email carlene@nashvillepittie.org if you'd like to meet Echo!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Echo, a Nashville American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Nashville, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
