My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, this is Skeeter! He is 10 months old, and ALL HOUND and has the voice to prove it! He would love a home with Hound experience so if you have never owned a Hound do your research. Skeeter is an extremely active dog who will need to get out and smell his neighborhood everyday. He loves other dogs, and loves to play but he can not be left with another dog to exercise themselves. Hounds are bred to hunt and they are used to running miles everyday. He would also love to get his smell on, there are scent classes for that, and speaking of classes, Skeeter is required to go to a "rough around the edges" positive obedience class with you. This will help with bonding, getting a good connection with your hound is crucial! Skeeter is a little timid and also needs some confidence boosting. Skeeter would just like a home where he is treated like family and not left to sleep in the garage or dog house. If you think that you have time and energy for an active boy like Skeeter, just ask the front for an application and you guys can go on a long walk together.
