Edward's Info...
| Breed: | American Shorthair | Color: | Gray Or Blue (Mostly) | Age: | Kitten |
| Sex: | Male | Hair: | Short |
I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
If you come meet Edward, I promise it will be love at first sight! Edward is a total sweetheart. He literally always wants to be in your lap every minute. He's a handsome fella that loves other cats and dogs, and is the most laid back kitty I've ever met. He definitely shouldn't be an only child, as he is very social and would get lonely without other animals around. He adjusts to change quickly and nothing ever seems to ruffle his fur.
Come meet him and his buddy Harold, they are good friends and would LOVE to be adopted together!
Edward is neutered, vaccinated and FIV/FeLV neg. He is about 11 months old. Edward's adoption fee is $75.

Rescue Group Info...
I have been rescuing cats and kittens for years and am passionate about changing the public's opinion of cats. There is a negative sterotype to cats that is just not true. People perceive cats as lazy, aloof, independent and uncaring but cats are not these things. They make wonderful companions that are snuggly, loving and relatively low-maintenance.
All visits with adoptable cats must be pre-arranged as I operate out of my home. Adoption events are scheduled monthly and listed on my Facebook page.
Kitten season is in full swing at the Whisker house! Come meet your new fuzzy friend!
Each adoption may consist of a home visit to ensure that the cat is a good fit for the family. An adoption contract and minimum donation is also required. Cats over one year are $65 and cats under one year are $75.
Each cat and kitten is spayed or neutered, de-wormed, given a flea preventive, given all vaccinations including rabies, and FIV/FeLV tested. The average amount we spend on each cat for these things is $127, so you're getting a bargain!
Intake procedure: intake is currently closed as the rescue is at capacity. However, each intake is done on a case by case basis. If you have a cat or kitten that needs a home, please email me with as much info as possible (i.e. age, is the cat fixed, vaccinated, combo tested, good with other cats, kids, dogs, etc) and attach a couple of pictures if possible. If this info is not included I will not respond. There is a minimum surrender donation required of $50 for vetted cats and $100 for non-vetted and pregnant cats.
We adopt out cats and kittens in the San Antonio and surrounding areas, including Bexar and Comal counties.
