Dovie's Story...
Dovie was returned back to our shelter thru no fault of her own. She is a sweet older girl who is currently living at the shelter and would love a home of her own again. She tolerates other cats but she really wants all the attention to herself! Dovie is a sweet girl, who likes having your undivided attention. She takes up residence on your lap and, loves to be made-over and talked to, but she'll be content to sit in your lap and bathe. She's a sun-bather, too--give her a wide windowsill and a sunny day and she'll make your house echo with her purrs. Dovie has a big personality and lots of love to give to her people. She's loyal and--yes--single-minded, and would prefer to be the only cat. Be prepared to be owned if you adopt Dovie! Dovie is on a special diet of salmon and green pea that can be purchased at PetCo for allergies. Stop by the shelter during business hours to visit with her.

ALL CATS FELV/FIV TESTED NEGATIVE, ALTERED, MICRO-CHIPPED AND UP TO DATE ON VACCINES.

About Our Rescue Group...
Friends for Life Animal Rescue is a registered nonprofit, volunteer-based, no-kill organization. Started in 1993 Friends for Life maintains an adoption center for it's rescued animals, a low-cost spay and neuter program (grant-funded), and a network of foster homes. Friends for Life also attends off-site locations to adopt the homeless cats and dogs and the organization is always looking for help. Friends for Life does not have a veterinarian on site or on staff. We utilize discounted services of veterinarians kind enough to do so for our rescued animals.
