Red's Story...
Red is a sweet old man, approximately 15-year-old miniature pincher mix who weighs four pounds. He was rescued from a local San Diego shelter - he was found as a stray, he was dehydrated and emaciated with severe dental disease. Despite all of this, Red is the sweetest little guy who deserves more out of life and all of his health issues have been addressed. He is ready for the forever home he most certainly deserves. Red will melt your heart.

Red is (mostly) housetrained and is amazing with all animals.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Red, a Vista Miniature Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Vista, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher dog from a breeder in Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
