Sparkle's Story...
Hi, my name is Sparkle. Originally it was Princess Sparkle, but there are two other princesses in the MaxFund cat family, so now I'm just Sparkle. When you see me, though, you'll think I look like a princess--with gorgeous coloring and a charming and regal personality. I was found in a dumpster in Aurora a couple of years ago by a nice lady. Imagine me--a princess--in the dumpster! That's horrific. Thankfully the lady took me home and loved me. However, she had too many cats, and I was one of the ones selected to find a new home.

I am a very friendly calico. I rub on your hands to get you to pet me and am thrilled when you do. I am loving and playful. I especially like string and cat toys such as mice. I enjoy cuddling and am an all-around great cat. In fact, my previous person said, "Princess Sparkle is a loving and cuddly cat."

I am used to LOTS of other cats although I would prefer just one or two other cats. I'm not really a fan of dogs though. I am declawed in front if that is important to you. Please come and visit. I am SO ready to find someone who will lavish me with love and praises. I don't need a tiara--just love!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sparkle, a Denver Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Denver, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
