Watson's Story...
This is Watson he's about 2 yrs old and has a beautiful coloring of red or chestnut. He was picked up as a stray and was checked for a microchip the shelter called the owners and they never came for him. He was in the shelter for over 2 1/2 months and that's a long time for a dog to be in the shelter and eventually they red listed him which means at anytime they could put him to sleep due to space, but because he is so sweet they spared his life. He's super sweet loves everyone he meets and is great with other little dogs too. He's updated on all his shots, microchipped and neutered. If interested in adopting him please go to our web site and fill out our adoption application www.adoptmerescue.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Watson, a Studio City Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Studio City, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Studio City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Studio City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Studio City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Studio City paves the way for another one to be saved.
