Domino is sweet and comical guy with a wonderful temperament, who loves people and attention. He is the perfect size for snuggling and although some might consider him a bigger sized min-pin, he likes to be held and carried around like a baby. Giving soft kisses, playing chase, and walking the neighborhood are some of his favorite things. He adjusted very quickly to my home and is an easy dog to care for. He does great on housetraining as long as he is kept on a schedule. He loves all dogs, treats, and toys big or small, rides well in the car, and gets his baths and grooming without any protests. Domino is also laid back about visitors and strangers and greets them politely to get some lovin. He has been raised with a companion and is very happy to have doggy friends. He sleeps in his crate all night without a peep as long as he has a buddy to sleep with, and if allowed to sleep in the bed, he cuddles up under the blanket and stays quiet. Dom's dream family has at least one other dog, a nice yard, and plenty of energy to play! If you are looking for a very handsome, sweet and funny min-pin, who is happy all the time, then Domino is the one.

In order to meet the MinPin you are interested in, arrangements can be made with the foster parent, however, it is a requirement that the application be completed first..

About IMPS-Internet Miniature Pinscher Service, Inc. - TN region

About Our Rescue Group...

Internet Miniature Pinscher Service, Inc. (IMPS) was formed in July of 1998 with the adoption of Lister through the Miniature Pinscher e-mail group at For information on the Miniature Pinscher e-mail list, please visit . The IMPS mission is to improve the lives of homeless and abandoned Miniature Pinschers through rescue and the love and respect that comes with humane care, compassion and kindness. IMPS attempts to assist Miniature Pinschers in need by providing foster care, transport, adoptive homes, veterinary care, and other services and information for the well-being of Miniature Pinschers. All Miniature Pinschers placed through IMPS will be spayed or neutered prior to placement, and have been thoroughly evaluated by a breed representative for temperament and training needs.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All of our rescued min pins are now living in loving foster homes throughout the country and Canada. To start the process please fill out an IMPS Potential Home Application. . The success of IMPS is only possible with the volunteers who have agreed to help with the rescue and placement of miniature pinschers. Assistance from our team of volunteers includes fostering, assistance with owner give-ups & home checks, local shelter checks, and transport & placement of min pins to approved homes. IMPS is in need of volunteers in all of the above described areas. To volunteer, please fill out the IMPS Volunteer Application.

Our Adoption Process...

All potential adopters must submit an adoption application then pass a veterinary reference check and home visit. IMPS requires reimbursement of all necessary veterinary costs (eg. the cost of the spay/neuter, microchipping, and any veterinary care required prior to placement), and in some instances, travel costs. A donation to the organization is requested with each adoption so that we may continue to care for chronically ill and/or severely injured foster dogs. In all cases, any expenses related to the adoption will be agreed upon prior to placement. While the Adoption expenses may be negotiable for some dogs, please remember that the care and upkeep of a dog, even the "King of Toys", requires some financial outlay, and if a small placement expense is beyond your means, you may wish to consider a pet which does not require as much care as the Miniature Pinscher.
