Gypsy's Story...
Meet Princess Gypsy!! Many of us have known the princess from day one and we all admire what she has been through! She is a 5 year old Redtick Coonhound that was rescued with her

10 puppies over a year ago. She was a wonderful mommy to her babies and of course they have all been adopted. Over the past year or so Miss Gypsy has been working hard with her foster family, building trust and training and her true personality now shines instead of the scared momma we first met.

She is a shy, sweet and extremely loyal girl who just wants to be by your side. She LOVES other dogs and children. She really enjoys long walks at the park and "hunting" for her ball in the back yard. She is smart and wants to please. She has that wonderful hound dog bark that will alert you to anyone coming to visit. She is an asset to any family as she truly has the sweetest spirit of any dog I have ever known. If you want more info or to meet Miss Gypsy, please email Kathleen@youluckydogrescue.org.

For additional information, please email info@youluckydogrescue.org. Our adoption fee is $250 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gypsy, a Alpharetta Redtick Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Redtick Coonhound for sale in Alpharetta, or seeking a Redtick Coonhound dog from a breeder in Alpharetta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Alpharetta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Alpharetta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Redtick Coonhound breeders who help with Redtick Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Alpharetta paves the way for another one to be saved.
