Cartier 18 month old male Cream Shell Cameo Persian

Cartier's dad died. He was a Russian man who loved his cat.I think he was found deceased in his home. Animal control or the police took him to the shelter and no next of kin came to get him out . He started getting a shelter cold and was suddenly not going up for adoption which mean he was "at risk". His name had been Timothy but his first foster mom who hurried in to get him thought he was so exquisite that Cartier came to her mind.

He is a super nice boy. Good-natured. Big. Confident. Cuddly.
Playful. He seems pretty mild around other cats so I don't think he needs to be an only cat.He is a "doll faced" persian which means his nose is not bred to be up between his eyes (a "peke or extreme face " ). Since he has a real nose he doesn't have the breathing issues and respiratory problems of the more extreme Persians. I think he is cuter this way also.

It is hard to see in these first photos but his fur is tipped with a cream color which is typical of the cream shell cameo Persians and quite rare. He has a little of a golden glow. about him. In more ways than one. He will make some lucky person a wonderful, entertaining companion.

He eats wet and dry and is litterbox perfect.

His foster mom is Harriet in Santa Cruz.
