Babe (and Oreo)'s Story...
Hi, we're Babe and Oreo, five year old brothers and best friends. Whenever anyone sees us, they always say the same thing, "WOW! Those boys are HUGE!" It is true, we are enormous. When we sit down, our heads are higher than most people's knees. Since we're so big, we're used to getting lots of attention. Babe will go up to anyone and give him or her a big "hello!" nudge. This usually makes people laugh because it feels more like a mini body slam. When we're not busy purring hanging out with our people, we like playing with catnip and climbing the cat tree. We would love to find a home together.
Oreo and Babe (mostly Babe) are currently on a weight loss diet.

If you are interested in finding out more about these boys, please fill out an application on our website.

They can be seen at the Framingham PetSmart starting on Friday February 1.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Babe (and Oreo), a Worcester Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Worcester, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Worcester.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Worcester already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Worcester breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Worcester paves the way for another one to be saved.
