Kid's Story...
Kid is a 6-8 month old beagle with a very sweet face. He looks like he has a super hero mask on with the way the brown frames his eyes. He might be part super hero with the way he can leap from the couch half way across the living room! He has been great with his foster sister and they love to play. He's a tiny beagle (probably mixed with Terrier) but starting to grow into himself. He has a ton of energy especially when we first get home. We're working on his manners, but he is a typical puppy and will need loving guidance. :) He was great when he met a young boy about 5 years old when we went to Petsmart, but based on all his energy he might be better with a family that has kids that are just a bit older. Even though he has tons of energy, as soon as he calms down he will snuggle his way into a lap with a blanket and snooze. He even tolerates us when we yell at the T.V. during football games. He is extra curious, so be cautious with leaving socks laying around because he'll pick up almost anything to check it out and give it a good chew. Socks and blankets seem to be his favorite to go after when he knows he's not being watched. We're working on potty training and crate training. He has his good days and his not as good days, but he's really developing as a nice young dog. He can be loud at times and does have a nice howl especially when we're trying to leave the house. He is an adorable, happy, playful puppy and will surely grow into a wonderful adult with the right training! He is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, and microchipped.

If you are interested in adopting one of our beagles, we will e-mail you the application to fill out. A home visit is required prior to all adoptions. We are happy to schedule a meet and greet for you and the dog at a park.
