Hi, I'm Ling Ling! Strange name for a pup, right? Well, when I was found I was three weeks old and looked like a baby Panda, so that's where I got my name! My mom and I were found by some men who were hunting in New Mexico - we had been dumped in a remote area. My mom and me lived but one of my siblings did not make it. Friends for Life took me in and I stayed with my mom for about 8 weeks - long enough to learn all the stuff I needed to learn from her! Now I am in another foster home and doing well. I am a puppy but would do well in an experienced home - I sometimes nip when I play and I need a home who knows dogs and can work with me in a nice way to help me break that habit. I'm at the shelter on Saturdays so please come and meet me!
One of the pictures here is of me when I was three weeks old (so you can see I look like a Panda!), and there's also a nice picture of me and my mom!
Rescue Group Info...
Friends for Life Animal Rescue is a registered nonprofit, volunteer-based, no-kill organization. Started in 1993 Friends for Life maintains an adoption center for it's rescued animals, a low-cost spay and neuter program (grant-funded), and a network of foster homes. Friends for Life also attends off-site locations to adopt the homeless cats and dogs and the organization is always looking for help.
