Boo was found dodging traffic on the busy streets of Los Angeles. Thankfully, a good samaritan scooped him up in the nick of time and took him to the vet, where it was discovered he had no identification and no microchip. He was reported to the shelter, signs were posted in the neighborhood, at the local vets, pet stores, and groomers, but sadly no one claimed this little lost boy.
Boo is about 2-3 yrs old and weighs 11 lbs. He is incredibly sweet and affectionate, but takes his job as your protector very seriously and will alert you to all visitors and passersby. He's okay with other dogs, once he gets to know them, and he has no interest in the cats. He likes to go for walks, but sometimes gets anxious when he sees other dogs and pulls on the leash (this can be mitigated with training and we're working on it). Other than that, you will not find a sweeter or more loving little lap dog. Boo just needs a home where he knows he will be safe. Because he is somewhat apprehensive with strangers, we are not recommending an active home with small children.
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, vet checked, current on vaccinations, microchipped, groomed, de-wormed, de-flea'd, and come with a collar, leash, ID tag, and puppy kisses from the lucky dog you take home!

Our goal is to rescue at-risk dogs and place them in stable, loving, and permanent homes.
Through no fault of their own, these dogs find themselves in shelters or with guardians who can no longer care for them. We believe each dog is special and deserves to be cherished and protected. We are dedicated to helping find these loyal companions a permanent home and a second chance at life.

All of our dogs are in foster care in private homes throughout California. If you wish to meet one of our animals, please contact us and we will put you in touch with the foster family who is temporarily caring for your new best friend.
We require an adoption application and reference check prior to adoption.
Our adoption fee is $250 for most dogs, which covers vet check, age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm check, spay/neuter, microchip, and grooming.
