Hi, our names are Thing 1 and Thing 2. We are twins. The only way to tell us apart is from the markings on our chins. We go everywhere together. We were born on July 28 in a foster home. We have never had a home of our own. We are very playful and affectionate. We just love to give kisses. Our foster mom says we are the perfect cats! Do you have room in our home and your heart for us?
Thing 1 & Thing 2 have been tested for Feline Leukemia and have had their FVRCP and Rabies shots. Both girls have had their flea and worm treatments. They have both been spayed.
Please call 269-567-0328 to make an appointment to visit Thing 1 & Thing 2.
Thank you for your interest in one of our Cat Nap Lodge cats!
Rescue Group Info...
Cat Nap Lodge is a small cat rescue located in Richland, MI.
Our mission is:
To make a difference in the lives of homeless cats and kittens by:
1. Providing shelter, food, medical care, and adoption services for homeless cats and kittens.
2. Minimizing the needless euthanizing of homeless cats and kittens.
3. Providing public education and raise awareness of the plight of unwanted cats and kittens, and the importance of spaying and neutering.
We are very small and our space is limited. By adopting a cat or kitten from Cat Nap Lodge, you are not only saving a life, but you are making it possible for us to save another.
Cat Nap Lodge is located in our home on M-43 in Richland, MI. We love to have guests come over to see and play with our many wonderful cats. We do, however require visitors to make an appointment with us ahead of time. Please call us at 269-567-0328 to make an appointment.
We require an adoption application to be completed prior to adoptions. Once an application has been approved we can complete the adoption process. If you are interested in one of our cats or kittens, please contact us and we will send you an application.
We are a very small operation with limited resources so we do ask our adopters for a donation to help cover accrued veterinarian expenses. Our veterinary care includes the following: initial exam, feline leukemia, feline aids, and heartworm test, flea and parasite treatments, FVRCP shot series, rabies shot, and spay/neuter. This can run between $100.00 and $175.00. If a cat has not yet been spayed or neutered, we do ask for a $50 spay/neuter deposit. This deposit will be returned when proof of the procedure has been provided. For information on a specific cat or kitten, please contact us.
Cat Nap Lodge is a small operation located between Battle Creek and Kalamazoo in Richland, Michigan.
