Rita's Story...

Paws has 2 poodles up for adoption. These beautiful little dogs were picked up by police from an abandoned home. Rita, the female, is about 8 years old, and Bob, the male, is about 5 years old. We have had them groomed, fixed, micro-chipped, given them shots, including rabies, and flea protection. Both are heartworm negative.

These two are not house-trained but we are working on it, and the male wears a belly band. These guys love people and attention. They are using wee wee pads about 85 percent of the time.

We would like these 2 dogs to be adopted together, and are therefore, sponsoring part of the adoption fee. Application, and adoption contract required for adoption.

If you are interested in these 2, please shoot me an email at palsans_maltese@yahoo.com and I will send you an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rita, a Brighton Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Brighton, or seeking a Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Brighton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brighton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brighton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brighton paves the way for another one to be saved.
