Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fannie Lou was going to be killed at a shelter in Texas but Empty Cages stepped in and transported her and a bunch of other puppies to New York City where they were provided with proper vet care and love while they wait for their forever homes! Fannie Lou is probably a mix of many breeds. She is very sweet and affectionate and gets along well with other dogs.
