Zoe and Ziggy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Zoe and Ziggy's Story...
We posted Zoe (female) and Ziggy (male) together because they were surrendered to the shelter together at the ages of 10. They are a beautiful pair of Rotties who, if they could talk, would ask if someone out there would please give them a home and preferably together. Zoe and Ziggy would do best in a quiet home with no children. They have been uprooted from their family, put in a shelter, and now are in foster care, which is a lot of change for seniors to go through. If you'd like to give these 2 seniors a home to live out their time, contact for an application is Beth at kaya1227@comcast.net. Adoption fees are waived to approved applicants.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoe and Ziggy, a Frederick Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Frederick, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Frederick.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Frederick already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Frederick breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Frederick paves the way for another one to be saved.
